The Journal of Humanities – El-Merqib, issued by the Faculty of Arts (Al-Khomes), adopts an Open Access policy based on the principle that knowledge, science, and research should be freely available to everyone without barriers. This policy allows:
•    Free and full access to read and download all published articles 
•    Wider global dissemination of knowledge and increased citation rates 
•    Support for scientific progress through the free and easy exchange of ideas

•    All content is available immediately upon publication with no embargo period 
•    Users are permitted to: 
o    Read articles 
o    Download them 
o    Print them 
o    Share them 
o    Cite them (with proper attribution) 
•    The journal imposes no restrictions on personal or academic use 
3. Licensing
Articles are published via the university’s open-access platform, which allows:
•    Sharing: Copying and redistributing the material in any medium or format 
•    Adaptation: Remixing, transforming, and building upon the material 
Under the following conditions:
•    Attribution: Proper credit must be given to the author and the journal 
•    Non-Commercial Use: The material may not be used for commercial purposes
