10. Editorial Responsibilities
A. Editor-in-Chief
- Overall supervision of the journal’s scientific and editorial policy.
- Final decision-making regarding publication after peer review.
- Ensuring neutrality, transparency, and absence of conflicts of interest.
B. Editorial Board
- Reviewing submitted manuscripts to ensure compliance with publication requirements.
- Selecting qualified reviewers and coordinating the peer review process.
- Following up on required revisions from authors prior to publication.
C. Reviewers
- Scientifically evaluating manuscripts based on originality, methodology, significance, and clarity.
- Providing detailed review reports and recommending acceptance, revision, or rejection.
- Maintaining confidentiality and not using manuscript content for personal benefit.
